Seeing to the lame progress on app release issue, several developers created tool to unlock user access to “side” applications that haven’t been approved by Microsoft yet. Hmm, that’s a nice move. Why do you think that Android has been outselling Windows Phone 7 and pervious OSs for such a long time? Let alone, Windows is having a hard time catching its breath against other market contenders as well. The OS’s performance is off to a declining slope, which makes RIM’s Blackberry OS looks far better.
